To help us investigate quickly, please include:

• Your device model and operating-system version.
• Your Word Ace app version.
• A short description of what happened and the steps that led to it.
• A screenshot, when it helps explain the issue.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.

Saved Progress

Word Ace stores gameplay progress locally on your device. Deleting the app or clearing its data may permanently remove that progress.
